Janardhana Kesaragadde has been actively engaging in the field of education and development for the last 25+ years. He joined Samvada in 1995 and worked in various positions including as a board member. During a brief break where he worked as a freelance consultant to other organisations, he continued his association with Samvada as a resource person. Presently as Convenor of the Youth Work Resource Center, he plays an important role in setting up Youth Resource Centers (YRC’s), promoting Youth Work and training a new generation of youth workers. Coming from Coastal Karnataka, graduating in Science and with a Post-graduation in Social Work, Janardhana brings to Samvada a unique understanding, knowledge and experience in natural resource management and creative communication. A poet and a writer, he has contributed to social and environmental movements through several cultural interventions.
