Janardhana Kesaragadde has been actively engaging in the field of education and development for the last 25+ years. He joined Samvada in 1995 and worked in various positions including as a board member. During a brief break where he worked as a freelance consultant to other organisations, he continued his association with Samvada as a resource person. As Programme Lead of Centre for Youth Work and Youth Rights, he plays an important role in promoting Youth Work in Karnataka and across the country and in training a new generation of youth workers. Coming from Coastal Karnataka, graduating in science and having completed post-graduation in Social Work, Janardhana brings to Samvada a unique understanding, knowledge and experience in natural resource management and creative communication. A poet and a writer, he has contributed to social and environmental movements through several cultural interventions.
