Mandeep has completed his Post Graduation in Social Work and later worked in a PG Centre as Faculty for 5 years in Udupi, a small town in Coastal Karnataka. Here he engaged with young vulnerable students. The passion to work with them grew as a strategy to intervene for equity and sustainability through teaching. Through a campaign on Democracy and Youth, he came in contact with Samvada, where the Centre for Transformative Education gave a platform for his passion. He has presented papers in National seminars on education, gender, tribals and development. Mandeep has also been part of social movements for equity, justice and sustainability. His mature young personality goes well with his ability to plan, critically analyse, teach and mentor youths. Currently, being a part of Baduku’s faculty, he is focused on Career Guidance for inclusion & development and developing lenses to redefine teaching in higher education.
